Banks Originals does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Stone replacement is available within 14 days of delivery of product. After 14 days, stone replacement isn’t available.
To return for stone replacement, Banks Originals requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, Banks Originals will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received.

Only regular priced items are eligible for stone replacement, unfortunately stone replacement isn’t available on sale items.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Banks Originals does not offer exchanges.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
To return your item, you should mail your product to P.O. Box 956 Tyrone Ga. 30290
You will be responsible for paying your Bi-directional shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you when your item is ready for return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
